All products come with a 12 month warranty which you may seek a refund or replacement for the product. The following terms and conditions apply to warranty:

Furniture

  • Damages due to missse by user or during delivery will not be covered by this warranty
  • This warranty does not cover any accessories or bonus gifts. 

Damage on arrival

This warranty only applies to items that are broken when they arrive or appear to be not functioning on initial use. The following terms and conditions apply to DOA warranty

  • You must check your item/s and report the damages or faults (pictures or videos) by email after receiving the item/s. We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this timeframe or additional charges (postage and handling) may apply.
  • Please do not return and faulty item without approval.
  • Please ensure that you check the packaging very thoroughly as the small components might become loose during the shipping. If there is a part missing, please contact us immediately so that we can offer our assistance.

    Refund and replacement

    Refund and replacement generally take up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you right after it has been processed. NOTE: A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

Moonbird Pyjamas

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Moonbird garment. If you find you need a different size or it is faulty, please write to us at [email protected] explaining the issues and we will provide you with an address to return the unworn, unwashed garment, with tags still attached, within 21 days of purchase.

We offer a full refund or exchange for all garments if they are faulty, and the return postage will be refunded. If you need a different size, we are happy to provide an exchange. 

Exchanges for any reason, other than faults will be charged with a $10.00 postage fee. If you have any questions regarding sizing and fit, we are happy to assist with further information. Please email us prior to placing your order. 

We try to reproduce all prints and colours accurately on our website but differences may occur. All our prints are screen-printed by hand and due to the nature of this, irregularities can occur. We believe that these enhance rather than detract from our garments.
